早餐:面包,有tuna的~妈妈做的永远都这么好吃。。午餐:菜包,也是妈妈做的~晚餐:4点喝了一包HL奶,然后吃了orange和pear虽然觉得好像没瘦到,可是还是要坚持啊,若欣加油^o^
